Territory Healthcare Sales Account Manager

VitalCaring is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive referral growth within the Houston Medical Center area. This field-based role focuses on developing new business with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and other partners, while meeting aggressive admissions targets.
You will manage a defined territory, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and service delivery. Prior healthcare sales experience is preferred.
