About the Role
We're looking for a creative, versatile Graphic Designer with strong video editing skills to produce eye-catching content for our social media channels. In this role, you'll translate ideas, campaigns, and brand messaging into scroll-stopping graphics and videos that engage our audience and grow our online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Responsibilities
Design original graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads across multiple platforms
Edit and produce short-form video content (reels) including cutting, transitions, captions, sound, and effects
Repurpose long-form video into platform-optimized clips
Adapt designs and videos to fit the specifications and best practices of each social channel
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual and video content
Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns
Create templates and reusable assets to streamline recurring content needs
Stay current with social media design trends, video formats, and emerging platforms
Qualifications
Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, with a portfolio showing both
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva, Figma
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and pacing/timing in video
Familiarity with social media platforms and their design and video requirements
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Strong communication and time-management skills
