Remote Regional Marketing Manager for Multifamily Growth

Capital Square Living is seeking a Remote Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our multifamily portfolio. You will develop regional strategies, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with property managers to drive occupancy and revenue.
The role requires 4+ years of multifamily marketing, strong digital expertise (SEO/SEM, email, CRM, social media), and hands-on analytics using Google Analytics and Yardi. Travel is occasional as needed.
