Experiential Marketing Lead for Factory Launches

Hadrian is seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to own every moment where someone meets Hadrian in person. This role oversees the entire events portfolio, from intimate dinners to a flagship launch on a working factory floor.
You will drive strategy, calendar, budget, vendors, and staffing with real autonomy, turning engagements into hires or customer conversations. The position requires experience owning a full events portfolio, strong production depth, and comfort working with executives.
