Global Performance Marketing Lead - Paid Social & UA

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, Global, to own our paid social and mobile user acquisition globally.
You will manage hundreds of millions in ad spend, shape the end-to-end strategy, and drive efficiency targets across Meta, TikTok, and other channels. You will collaborate with Data Science, Product Marketing, and regional teams, build dashboards, run rigorous experiments, and translate results into scalable playbooks.
