Location: Hybrid in Waukesha, WI (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are onsite days)
The Digital Marketing Communications Manager leads ASGCT's digital marketing strategy across web, email, social media, and paid digital channels to drive engagement, membership, and revenue. This newly created role oversees digital analytics, SEO, channel optimization, governance, and performance reporting, using data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience while ensuring consistent execution across all digital platforms.
Primary Responsibilities Develop and lead ASGCT's digital marketing strategy across web, email, social media, and paid digital channels to increase audience engagement, membership growth, and revenue generation.
Analyze digital marketing performance, user behavior, and campaign analytics to identify trends, measure ROI, and recommend data-driven strategies that improve organizational outcomes.
Develop digital-first marketing recommendations that optimize channel selection, audience targeting, and customer journeys to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Lead ongoing optimization of ASGCT's digital channels through SEO strategy, website performance analysis, email best practices, conversion optimization, and user experience improvements.
Establish and maintain digital channel governance, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent, effective, and brand-aligned execution across all digital platforms.
Develop dashboards and executive-level performance reports that translate digital metrics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Evaluate emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and platform capabilities, recommending new tools and approaches that strengthen organizational performance and audience engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and scalable digital marketing practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to digital marketing specialist, ensuring execution aligns with organizational priorities, campaign objectives, and digital best practices.

Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Five or more years of progressive experience in digital marketing, digital communications, or marketing communications, with demonstrated success developing and optimizing multi-channel digital strategies.
Experience analyzing digital marketing performance and translating data into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, conversions, and organizational outcomes.
Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including website strategy, email marketing, SEO, social media, paid digital advertising, and content optimization.
Experience using web analytics and marketing performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, social media analytics, email marketing platforms) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation, channel selection, and digital user experience principles.
Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights and strategic recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), CRM/email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Hubspot experience a plus.
Occasional lifting, up to 50 pounds.
Ability to travel for up to 2 weeks per year
