Must Have Skills:
2–4 years of UX Writing and/or UX Content Design experience
Strong copywriting and editing skills · Digital content delivery experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience working in regulated environments (Legal, Compliance, Risk)
Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or similar regulated-industry experience
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in Payments or Money Movement preferred
Experience with Figma
Agile methodology experience
Content strategy experience
Design thinking knowledge
Digital communications experience
UX Design exposure
Banking, Investments, Financial Services, Insurance or Healthcare experience
Passion for language, voice, tone, and grammar
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Relevant experience prioritized over degree requirements
