Slalom Build in Charlotte is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the Carolinas, guide the sales team, and partner with practice leaders to drive revenue growth and major agreements with strategic accounts.
You’ll mentor sellers, develop GTM strategies with technology partners, build pipelines, and manage MSAs and proposals while maintaining executive relationships with clients and vendors. On-site presence is required, with 2–3 days per week with clients.
