Junior Communications Associate

Enlightened ATL is expanding its Atlanta team and seeking a motivated Junior Communications Associate who is ready to develop real-world experience in communications, customer engagement, brand representation, and marketing.
This is a hands-on, people-focused position. You’ll work directly with customers while supporting client campaigns, communicating brand messaging, and helping create positive experiences that strengthen customer relationships.
No extensive professional experience is required. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing development for individuals who are ready to learn.
What You'll Do Communicate client messaging to customers in a clear and engaging way
Support customer-facing marketing and promotional campaigns
Represent client brands professionally at events and campaign locations
Engage with prospective customers and answer questions
Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Assist with campaign communication and daily objectives
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals
Participate in ongoing communications, business, and leadership training
