Junior Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Junior Business Development Manager (2 years of experience) to help drive the growth of a business and IT consulting firm serving leading pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and life sciences companies across the United States. The preferred start date is as soon as possible.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Princeton, New Jersey, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.
Compensation includes: Annual base salary of $70,000–$80,000
Additional $7,000 PMO bonus
3% variable compensation on revenue above 40%
Key Responsibilities Build and grow a portfolio of clients and prospects across the United States.
Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences industries.
Conduct outreach and secure meetings with senior executives and key decision-makers.
Develop a strong understanding of clients’ innovation, business strategy, and market development needs.
Collaborate with project teams to develop customized business proposals.
Present, negotiate, and close consulting engagements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and consulting teams.
Oversee sold engagements and help ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and expansion opportunities.
Contribute to the continued growth of the company’s US business.
Required Qualifications At least two years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B professional services sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with senior executives and key decision-makers.
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
