Social Media Manager

Inside OnlyFans (IOF) is a digital entertainment show featuring candid conversations with creators and influencers about their experiences, behind-the-scenes stories, and the OnlyFans industry.

We are looking for an organized, creative, and hands-on Social Media Manager to own the show's day-to-day social presence and digital publishing. You will turn editor-supplied content into polished, consistently scheduled posts while helping grow the show's audience and subscriber base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, including captions, hashtags, clip titles, and promotional copy.

Maintain the content calendar and schedule 3-7 posts per week through Later.

Keep Instagram Stories active daily with a minimum of 2 Stories per day using Canva.

Engage with comments and fans, monitor DMs, and support community growth.

Create episode thumbnails, guest promos, clip covers, and social graphics using Photoshop or Canva.

Review clips and promotional assets for quality, presentation, and brand consistency.

Coordinate publishing and scheduling across Megaphone, OnlyFans, Patreon, and social platforms.

Write episode descriptions and title options and maintain publishing information in Airtable.

Monitor copyright flags and coordinate appeals when necessary.

Promote both new and past episodes to maximize audience reach and subscriber growth.

Note: Guest booking, filming coordination, episode research, Patreon member operations, and production coordination remain with the producer.

REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrated experience managing social media or digital content series.

Excellent writing, visual judgment, organization, and attention to detail.

Hands‑on proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

Basic video editing skills; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software is a plus.

Experience with social scheduling, publishing, metadata, and content calendars.

Strong ability to work independently while coordinating with producers and editors.

Familiarity with the OnlyFans / adult‑creator space and comfort representing the subject matter professionally.

We offer a competitive starting salary of $65,000 per year (or $33.00 per hour).
