Humana is seeking an Area Director of Sales to lead and develop a high-performing team across Nevada and San Diego. You will drive area sales, analyze market conditions, and partner with Sales Management to implement annual strategic plans and budgets. Travel 3–4 days per week is required.
The role reports to the Area VP of Sales and includes oversight of a multi-site sales force with strong emphasis on revenue growth and strategic market planning.
