Overview
- Candidates should have substantial experience counseling clients on the development, protection, commercialization, and enforcement of intellectual property rights within a high-volume, fast-paced practice.
- Work includes trademark clearance, prosecution strategy, and portfolio management; trademark and copyright ownership, licensing, and fair use issues; and intellectual property provisions in commercial and corporate transactions.
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm and a background from a nationally recognized law school are strongly preferred.
- The role involves occasional domestic and international travel.
- A hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in-office work is available.
