Multimedia Production Program ManagerThe Multimedia Production Program Manager will supervise and manage the Bureau of Multimedia Services. The Bureau of Multimedia Services includes videography/photography, graphic design, and the agency print center. This position will oversee day-to-day operations in addition to coordination of significant media and print projects across the agency.Job duties will include:Assign projects and establish prioritiesReview, monitor, evaluate and approve communication productsWork closely with printing or multimedia service providers to ensure projects meet the desired specifications and deadlinesOversee project concept development, establish timelines and strategiesCoordinate with editors, writers, and technical staff in developing reports, kiosks, magazines, online publications, brochures, social media graphics, web graphics and photographic needsSupervise subordinate multimedia staffSupport agency marketing needs for graphic design, video production, video editing, and producing printed materialsManage and track bureau budget and spendingProduce annual assessments of equipment needs for the bureau and track cost expendituresStay abreast with digital technology for design, photography, video production, and printingCoordinate with appropriate agency staff on script developmentWork with the Division of Communication, Education, and Engagement Director to assess bureau's needs and workflowMust have a valid driver's license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position. Transportation needs of this position require use of a state vehicle and adhering to the Department's Vehicle Policy. You must have and maintain a valid driver's license for this position. Travel may be required. Overtime may be required. Overnight travel may be required. Weekends and holidays may be required.
