Supporting the delivery of Learning and Development projects, the full-time remote Account Executive - L&D will manage project timelines, assist in client communications, and collaborate with senior team members to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Key responsibilities
Manage project setup in Mavenlink, including templates, timelines, and resource allocation
Track project timelines and budgets, updating clients on status and addressing any potential overspends
Draft meeting summaries and coordinate regulatory reviews to ensure alignment and compliance with project goals
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1 - 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in Project Management within a life science agency
Keen interest in Learning and Development, healthcare, and digital transformation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personality types and client seniority levels
