Director, Performance Marketing and Digital Products - Full Time/Exempt We're seeking a Director, Performance Marketing and Digital Products to help us relentlessly pursue greatness. The Director will lead the digital marketing group responsible for owned digital channels, lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, paid media, and digital product experiences across the team website, mobile app, ticketing, and other fan-facing platforms. This role will connect performance marketing, fan data, personalization, automation, UX optimization, and product strategy to create a more seamless fan journey that increases acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value. The role will also serve as a key cross-functional partner across Corporate Partnerships, Ticket Sales, Community Relations, Content, Data & Analytics, and other departments to align digital strategy with organizational priorities and business-driving initiatives.
Primary Job Duties:
Implement and manage both online and offline marketing programs that will enable the business to meet consumer acquisition targets, sales, margin, and overall goal achievement.
Build strategies and oversee optimization and measurement of consumer acquisition, cross-sell initiatives, and remarketing to deliver incremental sales, and enable consumer loyalty.
Assist with the selection and management of the business's technology partners for the purpose of ensuring that the business is maximizing marketing performance and profitably.
Coordinates cross-functional input, deliverables, timelines, and communicates properly documented progress and issues of programs to the SVP, Marketing.
Track and monitor program performance against the business's overall goals and objectives.
Provide weekly/monthly/annual policy and quote forecasts for all the business's products, evaluates scenarios for ROI performance, and communicates results and recommendations to the SVP, Marketing and key stakeholders.
Lead efforts in the utilization of data-driven methodology, analyses, and measurements to improve the effectiveness of all marketing channels, paid search, email, direct mail, programmatic media, modeling, forecasting, and analyses.
Own the strategy and roadmap for digital product experiences across the team website, mobile app, ticketing and other fan-facing platforms, ensuring product priorities support business needs, fan engagement and revenue growth.
Lead lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, website, app and other owned channels to increase acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention and lifetime value.
Develop audience segmentation, personalization, automation and journey strategies that translate fan and customer insights into coordinated marketing programs and product enhancements.
Drive UX, conversion rate optimization, experimentation and testing across digital products and marketing channels to improve the end-to-end fan experience and commercial performance.
Partner with Data & Analytics to establish KPIs, reporting, attribution and measurement frameworks that connect digital marketing, CRM and product performance to revenue, retention and fan growth outcomes.
Collaborate with internal technology teams, external platform partners, Integrated Marketing, Creative & Content, Ticketing and other stakeholders to translate organizational priorities into coordinated paid, owned and product strategies.
Manage digital marketing budgets, technology investments and vendor relationships with accountability for performance, efficiency, business impact and scalable operating processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing or business
Experience: At least ten (10) years of relevant experience driving consumer acquisition across marketing channels such as PPC, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Retargeting
History in driving a business's growth with innovative demand generation and prospecting campaigns
Vast experience pulling analytics and leveraging insights to adjust plans, creative, and messaging
Proven and successful experience managing a cross-functional team, being able to perform tasks and manage others to the successful completion of a project
Proven and successful experience building and executing direct and digital marketing campaigns for a business in a highly competitive and complex business environment
Ability to track and report on key metrics that measure performance in programs and campaigns inclusive of traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI
Extensively familiar with social acquisition channels, inclusive of YouTube, Meta ads, X ads, SEO and Google Ads
Self-motivated and able to work independently, ability to research and offer ideas for solutions
Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple completing priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities
Experience developing a healthy culture within an organization where employees feel valued, engaged, and united toward the common goals of championship-level performance
Experience lead and managing a team of 5+ full-time colleagues
Experience working with media and creative agencies
Flexibility to work on event days including evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
