What You’ll Do Assist with retail marketing campaigns designed to increase brand visibility and drive sales
Support the execution of in-store promotions and customer engagement initiatives
Engage directly with customers to promote products, services, and current offers
Learn to track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with management to tailor marketing and sales strategies to target audiences
Develop customer acquisition, sales, and communication skills through hands-on experience
As you progress through training, take on additional leadership responsibilities and assist with campaign and team development
