We’re looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as an Event Sales & Marketing Representative in Orlando.
This is an entry-level, in-person position focused on face-to-face outreach, donor engagement, and nonprofit brand representation at local events and retail partner locations.
Rather than digital or social media marketing, our team works directly with the public—starting conversations, representing our nonprofit partners, sharing information about their missions and campaigns, and connecting with potential donors.
What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit partners at scheduled events and retail locations
Engage directly with the public through face-to-face conversations
Share information about nonprofit missions and campaigns
Answer questions and create a positive experience
Connect with potential donors and support donor acquisition efforts
Track individual performance and work toward daily and weekly goals
Work alongside a team to execute events professionally
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:
Personable and comfortable connecting with people from different backgrounds
Passionate about making a positive impact in the community
Empathetic, approachable, and a good listener
Confident communicating a message or cause to others
Positive and able to bring good energy to a team environment
Reliable, professional, and willing to take initiative
Open-minded and eager to learn
Comfortable receiving feedback and continuing to grow
Team-oriented and supportive of the people around them
Experience in nonprofits, community outreach, retail, customer service, hospitality, events, athletics, or other people-focused environments can be helpful, but isn’t required.
Training & Growth
New hires receive hands‑on training in:
Face‑to‑face outreach and donor engagement
Nonprofit partner and campaign knowledge
Communication and presentation skills
Community engagement and relationship building
Goal setting and performance tracking
Personal and professional development
Leadership and team development
As individuals gain experience and demonstrate consistency, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, develop leadership skills, and grow within the organization.
Additional responsibilities are based on performance, consistency, and demonstrated ability , rather than simply time in the position.
What to Expect
This position begins with hands‑on, face‑to‑face marketing and outreach at events and retail partner locations throughout the Orlando area.
Early responsibilities are centered around engaging directly with the public, representing our nonprofit partners, and building a strong foundation in communication, outreach, and campaign execution.
As individuals gain experience and take on greater responsibility, the scope of the role can expand into additional areas of marketing, including campaign coordination, social media, digital marketing, team development, and other aspects of business operations.
Because the position begins with face‑to‑face outreach, candidates should be comfortable regularly initiating conversations with members of the public and working in an active, in‑person environment.
