Outdoor Social Content Strategist

Talently is seeking an experienced social media content creator to shape our outdoor lifestyle brand voices across major platforms. You will own the content calendar, develop platform-specific strategies, and film/edit authentic short-form videos using a phone and lightweight tools.
You will engage with customers, creators, and brand partners, analyze performance data, and adapt content to trends and audience insights. Experience with outdoors or outdoor communities is highly preferred.
