Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced marketer to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you own how new customers find One Church Software, how we earn their trust, and how they move from first impression to qualified lead. You also own how we're perceived in the market, everywhere we're seen.

This is not a “set direction and hand it off” role. You will personally do the work, using AI and a small set of vendors you choose and manage to produce at a scale and lead initiatives end-to-end.

Success is a steady flow of qualified leads, a market that thinks well of One Church Software before we ever speak to them, and process-driven marketing activities.

We serve churches and nonprofits. Knowing that audience, meaning how pastors and church administrators think, what they trust, how they buy, and how they talk, is central to doing this job well.

Travel: up to 4 per year (conferences).

Employees must have a reliable internet connection. Tasks will be performed on a company issued computer, using your personal internet connection.

Pay Rate
$80,000 to $95,000 annually

Paid Company Holidays. 2 weeks of PTO after accrual. No Health benefits are offered at this time.

Monthly internet/phone stipend

What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing preferably for a SaaS company

Strong hands-on ability across multiple marketing disciplines

Fluent with AI tools and willing to use them to operate at the scale of a team.

Self-starter with ability to learn new marketing strategies, tools and techniques

Comfort making decisions with imperfect information

Ability to move between strategy and execution without friction

Clear written communication skills

Strong judgment about what matters and what doesn’t

Willingness to be accountable for results, not just effort

What This Role Is Not

Not a purely strategic role with no execution

Not a content-only or ads-only position

Not a role where marketing is someone else’s problem
