COY is building infrastructure for creators to own their audience, data, and revenue. This role owns and builds COY’s creator partnerships pipeline, sourcing, pitching, closing, and onboarding creators in partnership with our Creator Success team.
You’ll work with the Chief Growth Officer, drive revenue, manage agency relationships, and shape a scalable playbook as you prove the playbook and hire future team members. Remote-first with travel to priority markets.
