Revenue Growth Lead, New Hotels & Conversions

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Development, New Hotels to guide onboarding properties in revenue growth and business readiness before and after opening.
You’ll collaborate with franchise, operations, and ownership to accelerate topline growth and stabilize performance from launch. The role centers on pre-opening and post-opening planning, sales and marketing alignment, and the deployment of playbooks and tools to streamline execution across channels.
