Director of Member Experience & Retention Marketing

FoundersCard is seeking a Director, Member Experience & Lifecycle Marketing to own the member journey from join through renewal. This is a hands-on retention role focused on member feedback, churn prevention, and campaigns that drive renewals.
The position is in the Spring/Houston office with an in-office cadence of four days per week. You will build lifecycle programs, flag at‑risk members, personalize interventions, and collaborate with Support, Partnerships, and Product.
