Videographer & Photographer Specialist
The City of Odessa is seeking a creative Videographer & Photographer Specialist to produce video, photography, audio, graphic design, and digital content for City communications, social media, websites, events, and public outreach.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Broadcasting, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and After Effects.
Experience with professional video, photography, audio, and graphic design equipment/software.
Requirements:

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Portfolio of previous work required.
Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
Schedule: Some evening/weekend work and rotating on‑call responsibilities are required. This position is designated as essential personnel and may be called in during emergencies.
