Job type:
Full Time

We're looking for an experienced PR Account Manager to join our team and work across an exciting mix of beauty and wellness brands. The Role As an Account Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a portfolio of client accounts, working closely with both clients and the wider team. You'll help shape communications plans, identify opportunities, oversee campaign delivery and ensure activity stays focused, organised and commercially relevant. Alongside traditional PR, you'll play an active role in influencer and creator campaigns, helping clients identify the right talent, approach and investment to support their wider brand and communications objectives. You'll also be an important source of support for junior colleagues and contribute ideas, insight and energy across the wider agency.,

Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across the beauty and wellness space

Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and act as a confident point of contact

Develop PR plans, creative concepts and proactive press opportunities

Write and deliver strong, relevant media pitches

Secure coverage across print, digital and social platforms

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, creators, influencers and broader industry contacts

Support product launches, events, gifting campaigns and brand activations

Plan and deliver influencer and creator campaigns from initial concept through to completion, including talent identification, outreach, briefing, negotiations, campaign delivery and post-campaign evaluation

Help clients determine the right mix of earned, gifted and paid creator activity, making considered recommendations around talent, audience, objectives and budget

Develop tailored creator and seeding lists, identifying both established and emerging talent across micro, nano and larger creator communities rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach

Keep account activity organised, on schedule and aligned with client priorities

Prepare for and lead client calls, meetings and status updates, bringing clear recommendations and fresh ideas to the conversation

Monitor campaign results and performance against agreed objectives, using insights to identify opportunities and optimise activity as campaigns progress

Manage and mentor junior team members, providing clear direction and constructive feedback

Contribute ideas, insight and energy to the wider agency

At least 4+ years of PR experience, ideally within an agency environment

Strong experience working with beauty and/or wellness brands

A solid network across relevant media, editorial, influencer and creator communities

Confidence managing client relationships and day-to-day account activity

Experience delivering influencer or creator campaigns, including both organic and paid activity

An understanding of how talent selection, audience relevance, engagement and budget work together to create an effective campaign

A strong understanding of what makes a compelling story, pitch or press opportunity

Confidence interpreting campaign performance and turning results into useful recommendations for clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once

Experience supporting and developing junior members of a team

A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach

Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, culture and the wider media landscape

Curiosity around emerging areas of communications, including search, AI-driven discovery and evolving brand visibility

The Ideal Candidate

Enjoys building genuine relationships rather than simply maintaining contact lists

Spots opportunities and acts on them

Is comfortable taking ownership and making decisions

Can balance creative thinking with commercial objectives

Keeps calm and organised when things get busy

Brings ideas to the table and enjoys collaborating with others

Understands the importance of both creativity and strong account management
