Senior Paid Media Strategist for DTC Growth

The Ridge is seeking a Senior Paid Media Buyer to support the paid media team in executing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and AppLovin. You will own campaign strategy, justify media decisions with data, and drive ROAS in a fast-growing DTC brand environment.
You will coordinate with creative and analytics teams, manage budgets, run tests, and stay ahead of platform changes to maximize performance and scale growth across channels.
