TaxProMarketer is hiring: Ads Expert in New York

We're looking for a growth-oriented Digital Advertising Specialist to drive our performance and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, well-organized, and possesses a strong attention to detail. This role is focused on performance and requires the ability to analyze advertising data, derive actionable insights, and confidently convey information to management and clients.

Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns within Google Ads, with specialization in Search Ads and Local Services Ads.

Implement and maintain robust tracking and tag deployments using Google Tag Manager.

Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads platforms.

Analyze campaign performance data to derive key insights and interpret results into actionable items for optimization.

Create detailed performance dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio.

Provide confident verbal and written reporting on campaign status and performance.

Utilize Excel / Google Sheets proficiency to organize and analyze large datasets.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Google Ads (Search Ads, Local Services Ads)

Strong knowledge and experience with Google Tag Manager

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Data Studio

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

English language proficiency (B2 or higher)

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Soft Skills

Demonstrated growth and performance focus

Exceptional attention to detail, self-sufficiency, and organizational skills

Ability to derive advertising performance insights, convey information, and interpret results into actionable items

Ability to provide verbal and written reporting confidently

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certification

Familiarity with Google Analytics
