Editor-in-Chief: Leading Washington Policy News Desk

States Newsroom’s Washington State Standard is seeking an editor-in-chief to lead its experienced team of three reporters and a dynamic website in Olympia. You will edit, write and supervise daily coverage of state politics and policy, produce a daily newsletter, and grow our social presence while coordinating with States Newsroom editors nationwide.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in journalism, strong news judgment, and a deep knowledge of Washington politics.
