Regional Sales Manager

$100-$115k Base +Commissions
60% Travel
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of regional sales experience
- 3 years of effective, proven leadership with the ability to influence
- Oversee and drive growth in the New York and Northeast region
- Execute strategic initiatives, develop KPI's, results driven
- Lead, train and mentor Territory Sales Representatives in the field
- Manage key accounts to ensure performance and outcomes
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Work directly with VP of Sales to problem solve and ensure success
- Stay up to date on all trends, products, and business opportunities
- Support the growth and expansion of talent as needed in the market
- Hire, supervise, conduct performance reviews, etc.
- Participate in sales meetings, strong presentation skills
- Health and wellness experience a plus
- Available to travel in the greater New York and tri-state region
- Occasional national travel
- Must have a valid driver's license
