Role Senior Director, Social Media & Content, leading Lilly's global corporate social and digital strategy to enhance brand voice and engagement.
Responsibilities Oversee content and editorial strategies, manage an agile team producing social-first storytelling, govern channel voice and publishing standards, and optimize content for search and emerging AI platforms; partner cross-functionally with communications, marketing, legal, and medical teams; direct paid and organic campaigns, build measurement frameworks connecting content to brand impact, and lead crisis response efforts.
Requirements Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or related field; 10+ years in digital and social media strategy, content creation, ideally within global or regulated healthcare environments.
Preferred Experience in high-stakes, regulated settings, deep platform expertise, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled workflows.
