They create activations and events for some of the world's biggest tech and entertainment brands, including headline moments at the biggest dates in the industry calendar.

It's a tight team spread across the US, UK and APAC, so your work is seen by everyone and your projects reach well beyond New York.

The role
You'll own projects from first brief to final wrap.

One week you're shaping ideas with the creative studio and building budgets and timelines.

The next you're briefing fabricators, managing talent and calling the show on-site. You'll be the client's go-to and the calm head when plans change on the day.

You'll also be a role model for a junior producer who's keen to learn. Expect around 15–20% of your time on the road.

What you'll bring

Senior-level agency producing across experiential, brand activations or live events – this isn't a step-up role

Budgets of $1M+ under your belt

Solid production chops, including reading CAD and fabrication drawings

Bonus: experience mentoring or managing others

Salary Range
$105-125k
