Role Responsibilities:
Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Execute cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
Manage a book of business and collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewals and place new accounts.
Qualifications:
State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years in an insurance sales role with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
Draw/salary range of $50,000-$250,000+ with commission-based earnings tied to production.
