Gismart is hiring: Motion Designer (Fully Remote) in New York

We are seeking a Motion Designer to create high-performing video ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
You will collaborate with our Creative Producer and UA team to iterate on concepts and adapt winning ideas into multiple variations.
You'll work with UGC, stock footage, and screen captures to produce polished, on-brand videos at a high cadence.
What We're Looking For:

You have 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, focused on performance or user acquisition creatives.
You are expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with solid sound design skills.
You understand what makes a performance creative work—hooks, pacing, retention, and CTAs—and can ship quickly without losing quality.
