Tangem is seeking a senior Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale our global acquisition engine for hardware products and the Tangem mobile wallet. You will directly manage a hands-on team, own the strategy and budgets, and drive CAC, ROAS, and LTV/CAC improvements across web, app stores, and in-app funnels.
You will build a systematic channel pipeline, test new formats, and align performance with CRM and product teams to optimize onboarding, activation and wallet creation at scale.
