Planogram & Communications Specialist

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Planogram & Communications Coordinator to plan, proof, and distribute store-facing planogram notices, new item introductions, and discontinued item communications.
You will ensure accuracy and consistency so store teams can implement merchandising updates on time. The role requires Adobe experience (Acrobat; Illustrator or InDesign a plus), strong written communication, and proficiency with MS Office.
