Retail Marketing Manager

Uncle Bill’s Pet Centers in Indiana seeks a hands-on Marketing Manager to shape our next-gen marketing efforts. This role blends creative content with operational execution across stores and digital channels, including a new Shopify site. You’ll own day-to-day marketing as the team grows and partners with leadership.
You’ll drive campaigns, social media, email, and content creation, while learning new tools and measuring impact to continuously improve results in a small, hands-on department.
