Hanover Research is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to maximize marketing program efficiency through technology, data, and process optimization. You will lead marketing tech evaluation, automation, CRM integrations, and lead processes, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
The role collaborates with Demand Gen, Sales Rev Ops, and CRM teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment across the customer journey. Remote-friendly with EST hours.
