motion designer for mobile games

Playrix is a mobile game development company whose games have been installed 2.3 billion times and are played by more than 30 million people every day.
Задачи: Develop and visualize complex linear effects tasks within the feature team
Create UI and object animations, including VFX for player interactions with the UI and main feature elements
Create and optimize textures, sequences, and animations
Initiate and coordinate decisions with VFX artists, game designers, and programmers to achieve high visual quality.
Требования: Have a casual-style portfolio and 3+ years of experience as an effects artist or animator, preferably on mobile projects
Demonstrate an excellent sense of composition, color, timing, and dynamics
Have strong skills in creating and optimizing effects in Unity, Unreal, and other game engines
Know animation principles and apply them in practice
Fluent in Russian
Nice to have: interest in 2D effects, deep understanding of the technical side of game effects including atlases, batching, and effects mechanics, familiarity with effects shaders and how to create them, low-poly modeling skills for VFX, experience working on stylistically similar mobile projects.
