About DoubleData We build enterprise data infrastructure: custom data collection, data matching and analytics for large companies that need to understand their competitors and their markets continuously, at scale, and with numbers they can put in front of a board. Our clients are category leaders in food delivery, q-commerce, online groceries, FMCG, ticketing, airlines and AI. Alongside custom enterprise projects we run FoodDataLab (food delivery and restaurant data intelligence) and DoubleData Proxy (infrastructure for teams that collect data themselves). We are a Polish company that sells globally, and almost all of our commercial effort happens outside Poland.
Why this role exists We have strong clients, strong case studies and data that almost nobody else has. What we don't have yet is enough noise. Too few of the right people in our markets know who we are, and too little of what we publish turns into conversations with sales. We want DoubleData to be the name that comes up when someone in digital food (food delivery, restaurant chains, q-commerce and FMCG/CPG) asks who has the data. We start there and expand to other verticals once the engine works.
The role, honestly This is a marketing role, not a sales role, and not a brand-and-comms role either. You make us loud in our markets, and you do it mostly through automation, not headcount. You work across three areas:
Growth (~50%): you decide where and how we show up, and you ship it
Marketing technology (~30%): you build and run the machine behind it: tracking, paid ads, automated outbound, workflows
Product and market intelligence (~20%): you benchmark competitors, feed what you learn into our roadmap, and argue your priorities with a business case
You won't start from zero. You inherit a working stack: n8n marketing and sales automation, programmatic SEO workflows, data-driven benchmark reports built on our own scraped data, LinkedIn, Google and Meta ad accounts, and a CRM wired to our forms and sequences. You also get content, web and design partners, plus a colleague who knows the current stack and will support your onboarding. To be honest, parts of this stack are held together with tape. It is documented, and fixing and simplifying it is part of the job. We are obsessive about automation. If your answer to “how do we triple our content output” is “hire three writers”, this is not your role. If it is “let me show you a workflow”, it is.
What you’ll own Growth: making us loud in digital food
The channel mix: SEO and GEO (being cited by LLMs matters as much as ranking on Google), programmatic content, LinkedIn, founder-led social, communities, media and partners
Data-driven reports as our flagship asset, from the data brief with engineering to distribution across every channel
Representing DoubleData at industry conferences and events, and turning them into content, relationships and pipeline
Landing pages, experiments and conversion rate, shipped fast
Marketing execution for DoubleData Proxy, in line with the product direction set by our CTO
Marketing technology: the machine behind it
The tracking and analytics stack: GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking and Search Console
Paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google and Meta, including remarketing
Automated outbound: sequences, enrichment and report distribution. You build and run the machine; you don't do one-to-one prospecting
The n8n workflows that move leads from forms to CRM to sequences, and a clean MQL → SQL handoff to sales. Today our CEO leads sales, and you work with him hand in hand
You create content and assets yourself with AI tools. You are not a designer or a copywriter, but you don't wait for one either.
Product and market intelligence Continuous benchmarking of competitors in digital food data: features, datasets, pricing, packaging and positioning
Recommending what we should build and sell next, backed by concrete arguments on how it moves pipeline, and deciding priorities together with leadership
Joining key meetings with large clients and prospects, so your view of the market and the roadmap comes from the field and not only from desk research
What success looks like Growing, qualified inbound pipeline from our target verticals, turning into new sales
Customer acquisition cost in paid channels going down while volume goes up
A marketing machine that runs without manual patching
Your first 90 days By day 30: you know our products, clients and stack. The lead flow works end to end without manual fixes, and you have mapped the competitive landscape in digital food.
By day 60: you have reworked our positioning and messaging for digital food, launched your first campaign, and brought your first product recommendation to leadership.
By day 90: you have a repeatable growth engine with clear numbers on inbound pipeline and paid acquisition cost.
What we need from you 3+ years of intensive, hands‑on work in B2B growth or marketing. We care far more about what you built yourself than about how long you have been doing it.
A track record of things you shipped yourself: campaigns, funnels, automations, content engines, and the numbers behind them
Full self‑direction. You build a function from a blank page, with leadership as sparring partners rather than task‑givers.
AI and automation in your daily work. You use AI to research, write and build, and you can create or modify workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier.
Technical intuition. You understand how the internet works: websites, tracking, APIs, integrations and data flows. You can debug why a lead never reached the CRM.
Analytical rigour with attribution, paid channel economics and experiments
Excellent English, written and spoken. You join meetings with senior people from global companies in our industry and represent us at conferences, so you need to hold your own in the room, not just on the page.
