Evolve is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to own our paid acquisition program end-to-end, including channel mix, budget, campaigns, and creative strategy. You’ll drive eight-figure annual spend, rebuild in-house capabilities, and open new channels with zero-to-one initiatives.
You’ll lead a small, high-ownership team, partner with analytics and product, and shape measurement and attribution across channels. Strong SQL and AI-native practices are a plus.
