Build and manage a partner network
Negotiate commercial terms and maintain business relationships
Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
Collaborate with international teams across different regions
Требования At least 2 years of experience in the FX, CFD, Online Trading, Crypto, iGaming, or Banking industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Russian and English proficiency
Nice to have: Existing IB portfolio or partner network, additional language skills including Uzbek, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Tajik, Azerbaijani, Turkmen, Kyrgyz, Armenian, Georgian, or Hebrew
