LangChain in San Francisco seeks an engineer to own the GTM Agent System's health, cost, and performance, and to build feedback loops that keep it improving. Because we build the platform we run on, you'll also operate the agent on LangSmith the way we tell customers to, and turn that practice into the reference story enterprises keep asking us for.
You will work with Python, SQL, and LangSmith, running production evals and shaping how we measure ROI for the sales ecosystem.
