NewsNation, part of Nexstar Media Group, Inc., is seeking an Assignment Desk Editor to manage the network's national assignment desk from our New York offices. The editor will help position NewsNation to cover the day’s top stories across morning, dayside and primetime programming for the 24-7 cable news network.
The role requires 5–10 years of newsroom experience, strong writing and organizational skills, and willingness to work extended shifts or on holidays as needed.
