Join Our Team: Seeking a Strategic Amazon Brand Manager to Drive Client Growth
Are you a detail-oriented, Amazon-savvy strategist with a passion for helping brands scale? Brightshift Commerce is seeking an experienced and client-focused Brand Manager to join our high-performance team. In this role, you'll become the strategic partner and trusted advisor to a portfolio of DTC and CPG brands - guiding growth decisions, executing strategy, and ensuring client success on the world's largest marketplace.

At Brightshift Commerce, performance isn't just a goal - it's an obsession. We've helped over 100 brands generate tens of millions in Amazon revenue through sharp strategy, close collaboration, and an unwavering focus on results. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, dive deep into data, and build meaningful client relationships, you're in the right place. Join us as we take our growth engine to the next level.

Let us introduce ourselves:
Brightshift Commerce is a fast-growing Amazon agency hyper-focused on measurable results. We are part of the EVOQ Collective Group. We help DTC and CPG brands scale profitably on Amazon through strategic paid media, brand management, and creative excellence. With a 100% remote team, a high-performance culture, and exciting brands to work with, we offer an environment where your work truly moves the needle.

Become part of a team that values:

Data-driven decision making

Relentless focus on client growth

Collaboration across strategy, creative, and execution

Leadership, autonomy, and personal ownership

What you'll do as Amazon Brand Manager:

Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Amazon clients, owning the day-to-day relationship and long-term strategy

Craft and execute customized brand growth strategies tailored to client goals

Analyze data and KPIs to uncover insights and drive performance improvements

Work closely with internal teams (ads, creative, operations) to implement your strategies effectively

Stay up to date on Amazon trends, policy shifts, and platform changes that impact your brands

Spot opportunities for optimization, expansion, and innovation

Build trust-based relationships with clients that position you as a strategic, proactive partner

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central

Strong knowledge of listings, PPC, keyword research, catalog optimization, and compliance best practices

Excellent communication skills - you're clear, client-ready, and strategic in how you speak and write

Analytical and performance-minded - you enjoy interpreting dashboards and digging into metrics

A "client-first" mentality - your instinct is to help and guide, not just report

Adaptability and independence - you can move fast, stay organized, and drive outcomes remotely

Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours

Ready to join a team that's scaling faster than ever? If you're ready to lead, mentor, and grow with one of the most exciting agencies in the space - we want to hear from you!
