This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting high-impact marketing initiatives within commercial real estate.What you'll be doing:Creating high-quality marketing materials (presentations, proposals, brochures, email campaigns) using InDesignSupporting property marketing efforts and new business pursuitsManaging and updating property listings across platformsAssisting with social media content and digital campaignsPartnering closely with brokers and internal teams on client-facing deliverablesWhat we're looking for:Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign (required)Background in commercial real estate marketing (required)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, team-first mindsetDetails:Location: Bellevue, WA (hybrid)Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
