Summary:

Full Time (40 hours): Monday - Friday

Coach, Train, & Develop in-store visual merchandising team to execute visual merchandising
strategies and promote our products to drive sales

Create eye-catching displays that showcase our merchandise in an attractive and organizedmanner

Collaborate with the Director of Visual Design to ensure brand consistency across all visual
elements

Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards and provide feedback to in-store team

Train and educate in-store visual merchandising team techniques and best practices

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for
visual enhancements

Requirements/Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs or more.

Lead and Manage people and performance

Capacity to multitask, time management skills, and ability to be proactive in decision making skills

Strong layout design skills with a keen understanding of color, composition, and spatial
arrangements

Proficient in using illustration software to create visual concepts and designs

Excellent selling skills with the ability to present products in an enticing manner

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey visual concepts and ideas

Previous experience in retail sales or visual merchandising is highly desirable
