Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality visual communication materials, including infographics, presentations, digital graphics, and data visualizations.
- Transform complex data, concepts, and information into engaging and easy-to-understand visual content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual products align with project goals, messaging, and audience needs.
- Maintain consistent branding standards across all communication materials and deliverables.
- Produce creative assets for internal and external communications while meeting tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
- Support the development of visual storytelling strategies that improve information accessibility and audience engagement.
- Review and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
- Strong experience creating infographics, data visualizations, and visually compelling communication materials.
- Demonstrated understanding of branding principles, visual identity, and design best practices.
- Excellent visual storytelling, layout, typography, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design outputs.
