J.Crew is seeking an Associate Design Director to shape compelling digital and print experiences across the brand, spanning 360° digital marketing, web, email, editorial, signage, packaging, and other physical touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker and hands-on designer who can take ideas from concept through final execution, translating them across formats while maintaining a cohesive, elevated J.Crew aesthetic.
