Remote Associate Media Director, Paid Media & Strategy

Gainor Staffing is seeking a senior paid media leader to own end-to-end campaigns across social, search, and programmatic DSPs. You will manage budgets, pacing, and attribution while mentoring junior staff and presenting strategies to clients.
We require 7–10 years of agency-side experience with a strong grasp of analytics and reporting. This role is remote with ET hours and a salary range of $130,000–$150,000 depending on experience.
