The Foster Museum is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to build and oversee the organization’s operational backbone in Palo Alto. You will lead people operations, finance, risk and compliance, facilities, and capital projects, acting as the Executive Director’s key operational partner.
You will design durable processes, policies, and calendars, manage the annual budget, coordinate audits, and supervise cross-functional workflows while ensuring secure IT and robust vendor relationships.
